ProSouth Solutions was created in 2001 by Paul Matthews as a full service IT company in Dunedin, looking after the IT needs of businesses across the Otago region, as well as software development for many organisations around the rest of New Zealand and further afield. ProSouth quickly developed a reputation for their high quality work in both the software development and IT service and support arenas.

In 2009 with both branches of the business still growing the decision was made to split the business into two separately-run divisions in order to ensure that the best possible service was delivered to all of our clients on both sides of the business. And so, at the start of 2010, The Logic Studio was born.

With Paul now in Wellington as the CEO of the New Zealand Computer Society, the nation's professional body for the IT industry, the day-to-day running of the company has been left in the capable hands of Ian Simpson, who has over 10 years commercial experience in the web development industry, and still keeps up with the latest technologies.

Joining Paul and Ian on the management team is Andy Nailard who brings a wealth of experience in business development, experience which he is more than happy to pass onto our clients.
